As I'm sure you're aware, Motley Crue is coming to the CenturyLink Center on October 12th, as part of their farewell tour. Along for the ride is rock legend Alice Cooper, who, in my humble opinion, is well worth the price of admission himself!

When Alice hits the stage on 10/12, we'll not only see an extravaganza that we won't likely see in this neighborhood again anytime soon, we'll also get a good look at Alice's new guitarist, Nita Strauss...and believe me, you'll want to look. Because, not only can Nita shred, she's very easy on the eyes, as well. Not that Cooper's last six-string companion, Orianthi, would make anyone's "coyote ugly" list, but she's more "sexy sweet", where Strauss looks more like the type that would crack you over the head with her Strat before taking advantage of you. And I know you like that kind of stuff.

If her name sounds familiar, you might know her for her work with the Iron Maiden tribute band The Iron Maidens, a stint with Femme Fatale, or as the house guitarist for Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley's arena football team, LA KISS. She was also ranked #1 on Guitar World's list of "10 Female Guitar Players You Should Know." And I agree with them.

As a point of reference, Nita's predecessor, Orianthi...okay, so Nina has some big, uh, shoes, to fill:
