It's been another banner year for Babymetal, who have been feverishly supporting their sophomore studio effort, Metal Resistance. One of metal's biggest attractions just got even bigger as they've landed the support slot for Guns N' Roses, who will be coming to Japan in January of next year.

With Guns N' Roses' already historic stage show, Babymetal will only escalate the frenzy as they step out under the lights for four nights (dates below) in their native country. Babymetal are known for their explosive live show complete with pyrotechnics and compelling choreography and stacked with GN'R, it's a can't miss show in the Land of the Rising Sun.

Su-Metal commented on the incredible opportunity stating, "I am really happy that we've been confirmed as support on the upcoming Guns N' Roses tour. And it's happening in Japan!! We're going to create a live performance that shows how wonderful Japan is together with everyone in the audience on that tour."

While this is of course especially big news for Babymetal, they have another massive venture on the horizon to focus on. They'll be providing direct support for another one of the world's biggest rock bands, opening for the Red Hot Chili Peppers in the U.K. starting Monday, Dec. 5. The J-pop teen metal group will perform seven shows with the Chilis, hitting both England and Scotland through Dec. 15.

Since reuniting with Slash and Duff McKagan, Guns N' Roses have embarked on a massive world tour, which has featured a number of different openers, including Alice in Chains, Zakk Wylde, Lenny Kravitz and more.
