Got a bit of a throwback in today's Cosplay of the Day as we put the spotlight on Orchid, from the classic fighting game, Killer Instinct. If you didn't believe you could have a crush on a video game character, you'd probably believe it after righting as this green-clad fighter.

Captain Scarlett is one of the downloadable content characters available to players of Borderlands 2 and now she's our Cosplay of the Day. She's got an eyepatch, a hook for a hand, but still manages to look pretty darn attractive. I guess when it comes to living on Pandora, the bold and the beautiful get all of the booty.

Today marks another cosplay duo's appearance on Cosplay of the Day. We often feature solo models, but we received a submission from a pair of Tekken cosplayers with some pretty awesome outfits. Let's take a look at Alisa Bosconovitch and Ling Xiaoyu from Tekken.

We just can't get enough of Princess Zelda these days, and who could blame us, given that she's so legendary (bad pun, we know). As always, we love seeing different cosplayers' versions of her many different looks. In today's Cosplay of the Day, we have another Twilight Princess outfit. And you know what? Tifa has got to be one of the most famous Final Fantasy icons of all time. We may have met her as the proprietor of the 7th Heaven bar in the Sector 7 slums, but she quickly grew to become a legendary figure in the hearts and minds of role-playing game fans around the world, making her a prime candidate for Cosplay of the Day.

Rikku is one of the most famous figures in Final Fantasy's storied history, and for good reason, too. Not only does she have a bubbly personality and killer looks, but she's also an expert engineer! Add to the fact that she's basically a cosplayer in Final Fantasy 10-2, then you've got all the makings of a great Cosplay of the Day.

Hildegard von Krone has a pretty badass name and is very much a badass herself. She's a fairly new character in the Soul Calibur universe and is usually seen in her wolf-like armor. Well, when we saw someone recreate her amazing, armored look, we knew we had to feature her as a Cosplay of the Day.

We're big believers in quality over quantity over here at Arcade Sushi, and so sometimes we'll come across a cosplayer who might not have many photos or a wide variety of cosplays, but instead displays great mastery of their craft. We've found one such cosplayer who's got a cosplay for League of Legends' Katarina that's so good, we couldn't help but feature it as Cosplay of the Day!

Metallica have revealed more details about the upcoming pinball machine that will feature the band and its music. A recently released video from Stern Pinball zips through a highlights reel of behind-the-scenes images, and the band itself has offered a few additional details, including that the machine will be available in three formats.

Every now and then we like to feature cosplays that are deceptively simple that they're actually brilliant. We mean, what's harder to do, craft a Samus Aran's armor or get a really simple outfit completely right? Well, a lot of people might say the former, but we think the latter is an art too, which is why Jill Valentine from Resident Evil 3 is our Cosplay of the Day.

Wonder Woman, also known as Diana Prince, is a legendary figure in the comics world. And while she's appeared in a handful of video games, her latest appearance in NetherRealm's Injustice: Gods Among Us is surely going to be one for the books.
