CHiPs Star Erik Estrada Coming To Shreveport In August

Geek'd Con in Downtown Shreveport has built an impressive guest lineup for the 2018 show. This year's Geek'd Con will be August 17-19 at the Shreveport Convention Center. So far stars like Mick Foley, Pruitt Taylor Vince, and John Wesley Shipp. Now add the name Erik Estrada to that list.

That's right, Ponch from CHiPs is coming to Shreveport!

Not only did Estrada star in the original CHiPs series, he appeared in the 2017 theatrical reboot of the franchise. He did not reprise the role of Ponch however, that went to comedic superstar Michael Pena.

Estrada's talents are not just limited to in-front of the camera. He's had some major voice acting roles too. He starred as Marco in Adult Swim's Sealab 2021 on Cartoon Network between 2000 and 2005. 

You've also seen him in shows like Sabrina, The Teenage Witch, Space Ghost Coast To Coast, The Surreal Life, My Name Is Earl, and more.
