Florida is Making it Mandatory for People on Welfare to be Drug Tested

Finally somebody gets it!!!

Florida is the first State that will require drug testing when applying for welfare (effective July 1st)! Some people are crying this is unconstitutional. How is this unconstitutional? It's OK to drug test the people who work for their money but not those who don't? I have witnesses people who are on welfare with 40,000 dollar rides, a new cell phone, brand name clothes and yet their kids don't have shoes on in the store. It's about time something like this occured. I have nothing against people who are LEGITIMATELY handicapped but as for the people who are second or third generation welfare recipients, it's time to get off your ass and get a job
