This Friday night two very different rock bands will occupy the same stage at Clicks Live in Tyler.  The thing that they do have in common is that they each had one of the biggest hits to come out at the turn of the century--Sex and Candy and Hemorrhage (In My Hands).

Marcy Playground released Sex and Candy in the fall of 1997 and the song spent a then-record 15 weeks at the top of the Billboard Modern Rock chart.  It also was a huge Top 40 hit, peaking at #8.

Almost exactly three years later, Fuel released Hemorrhage (In My Hands) and it topped the Modern Rock chart for 12 weeks and peaked at #30 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Friday night both Fuel and Marcy Playground will perform live at Clicks Live in Tyler. Also on the bill are the bands This Day Forward and Big Story.  Tickets are just $22 and are available at clickslive.com.
