You may have heard last week that Muammar Gaddafi was killed. There have been conflicting stories about how it happened (some say he was executed, some say it was planned strike, but who really cares? The point is he's dead.)

So while the Libyans figure out what to do with his remains, they have his blood-streaked body  on display in a commercial freezer at a mall in Libya. Which is an interesting way to treat the dead body of a former dictator. Could this start a precedent of what we do with important figures after we kill them in the future? Swing by the mall for some ice cream and a gander at a dead, displaced dictator. I mean, that could make for an interesting Sunday afternoon.

Think of the possibilities...Hitler laid out in a Jewish deli, Fidel Castro in a cigar shop, or maybe a Mel Brooks/Weekend at Bernie's  style ice-capade called "Gaddafi on Ice."

Sure, it's degrading, disrespectful, and a horrible way to treat the deceased no matter who they are, but this is America and it's what we do best!
