Glenn Stoner's arrest should come as no surprise.

Police in Clearwater, Florida hauled the 56-year-old man to jail for -- you guessed it -- cultivation of marijuana.

Stoner was also charged Tuesday with operating a drug house and possession of paraphernalia.

Police searching Stoner's home found 19 marijuana plants, as well as a slew of materials to help grow them. Stoner seems to be living up to his name because he told police he smokes all the marijuana himself, while adding none of his stash belongs to his roommate.

This isn't the first time Stoner has found himself on the wrong side of the law. In 2007, he was sentenced to take part in a pre-trial intervention program after he was busted with growing and possessing marijuana.
