Haughton's own Dak Prescott wins the NFL's Offensive Rookie of the Year Award. In a very cool gesture he brought fellow Cowboy player Ezekiel Elliott up on stage with him to accept the honor. Elliot was also nominated for the award.

Dak had these word for the crowd of NFL stars:

Do we have a knife so I can cut this in half? It's and honor just to be up here. And thanks to the 31 teams for passing up on me as much as they did.

Prescott showed poise and leadership almost from jump when he stepped in to take over after Tony Romo was hurt.

Prescott completed 311 of 459 passes for 3,667 yards with 23 touchdowns and just four interceptions.
