How to Grill a Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Years ago when I was off on my own I could barely make spaghetti. I got to the point where I decided I wanted to learn how to cook a decent meal. A show came on with Alton Brown on it. If you don't know who Alton is ... well he is the man.

Here's a video of how to make a hardcore grilled cheese sandwich on a grill. Not on a griddle ... but on an actual charcoal grill. Pretty cool stuff.
