Benjamin Franklin once said, "Beer is proof that god loves us and wants us to be happy." It's kinda hard to say that a founding father was wrong...so I'm just going to say that he wasn't fully informed at the time of his statement. THIS is the reason we know God wants us to be happy...and that he enjoys a good glass of scotch.
