Jade’s Band T-Shirt of the Day – Super Water Sympathy

April 8th...Homegrown Live at the Riverside Warehouse...that's the first time I saw/heard Super Water Sympathy. They opened the show for Dear Ghost and Colour Revolt (two other awesome bands, by the way!) The first thing I noticed when I walked in was that SO many people came out to the show early. When SWS took the stage...there might have been three people sitting at the front bar. Everyone else was in front of the stage.

I'm pretty picky about female vocalists...but Ansley Hughes is amazing!  And the band...solid! The group has a lot of show dates coming up...including a big CD release party at the Warehouse August 12th. You can also catch Ansley at the open mic jam going on at Riverfront Billiards TONIGHT! Meantime, take a listen to one of the two SWS tunes on their demo...and feel free to let me know what you think. This is one I can't play on the air. ; )
