Man Clings to Life After Being Shot in Home Invasion

A man is fighting for life after being shot by two men during a home invasion early Tuesday morning (August 7th). According to Shreveport police, two armed men barged into a home in the 3500 block of Valley View Drive in Shreveport's Garden Valley neighborhood around midnight.

The two gunman demanded access to the home's safe. When the man refused, the robbers shot him multiple times in the leg, head and abdomen. The burglars then ransacked the home before fleeing.
