The husband accused of killing his Bossier wife last month is now well enough to be transported back to Bossier Parish.

Bossier Sheriff Julian Whittington said 53-year-old Robert Bond is being transported from a hospital in southern Mississippi to the Bossier Maximum Security Facility.

Bond waived extradition and will be in Plain Dealing this evening.

Robert Bond has been charged with 2nd degree murder for killing his wife, 46-year-old Ann Bond after both went missing.  Bond was located in southern Mississippi a few days later with a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Mr. Bond will be held on $1,000,000 bond.
