Severe storms roar through Northwest Louisiana.

Thunderstorm warnings are in effect and there is also a tornado warning for Bossier, Webster and Bienville Parishes.

Hail of more than an inch and a half in diameter has been reported from Caddo to Harrison to Bienville and Webster Parishes.

A Tornado Watch is in effect through 11 PM CDT this evening. Widespread thunderstorms will continue to develop in the warm sector in wake of a warm front that moved across the region today and ahead of a cold front shifting south from the Plains. Very strong to severe storms with large hail , strong damaging winds, and tornadoes will all be possible with these storms. Additional threats of frequent lightning and heavy rainfall will occur with the possibility of some isolated flash flooding.

Numerous severe storms with damaging winds and large hail are possible across the entire region tonight. In addition, a few tornadoes and isolated areas of flooding will be possible, mainly across the Enhanced Risk Area.
