Sheriff Prator On SPD: They’re Saying They Don’t Need Our Help [VIDEO]

Caddo Sheriff Steve Prator talks with 101.7 / 710 KEEL'S Robert J Wright and Erin McCarty about Wednesday's Caddo Commission Long Range Planning Committee meeting and the discussion of Sheriff's deputies assisting the Shreveport Police Department.

Prator tells KEEL listeners that the meeting, which included Caddo Commission and Shreveport City Council members, representatives from the Shreveport Police, State Police and the City Marshall's Office, as well as the Caddo Sheriff, questions a statement made by Shreveport Mayor Tyler that she and the SPD are working on a crime fighting plan, saying, "Do you want the politically correct answer, or the Steve Prator answer? There's no plan."
