After revisiting Sepultura's Roots album in full on tour last year, Max Cavalera will be returning to his musical past once again. This time, however, he will hit the road with Soulfly as the band performs Nailbomb's Point Blank in its entirety on a fall North American run.

The trek is slated to kick off on Oct. 6 in San Diego, Calif., hitting a swath of major cities throughout the the U.S. and Canada, wrapping up in Albuquerque, N.M. just over one month later on Nov. 8. Support on the tour will come from Cannabis Corpse (Oct. 6 - 24), Harms Way (Oct. 28 - Nov. 8), Noisem and Lody Kong, which features Max's sons Igor Jr. and Zyon (who is also Soulfly's drummer). See the full list of dates and the tour poster below.

Cavalera formed the industrial thrash outfit Nailbomb with Fudge Tunnel's Alex Newport back in 1993. The group released just one studio album the following year, which has remained an underground favorite, enlisting guests like Max's brother Iggor and stepson Richie, his then Sepultura bandmate Andreas Kisser as well as Fear Factory's Dino Cazares.

Soulfly's last released Archangel in 2015, which was met with critical acclaim as many called the record one of the band's best throughout their nearly 20 year career. While there is no time table on a follow-up album, Max and Iggor have begun working on the successor to Cavalera Conspiracy's Pandemonium, which was issued in 2014.
