First and foremost...WHAT A GREAT EFFING BAND! Ray Luzier (formerly of KORN), George Lynch (of Dokken & Lynch Mob), and DUg Pinnick of King's X!

These guys could each conduct a symposium on their respective instrument (in Pinnick's case - bass guitar AND his voice). Together, they're KXM, and KXM is amazing!

KXM was formed when the three members met during a birthday party for Luzier's son. The drummer took the other two through a tour of his new home studio and suggested the three put together an album.

So they did. Their self-titled debut (the band takes its name from the combination of the member’s other projects: K from Korn, X from King’s X and M from Lynch Mob) was released in May of 2013 and immediately jumped to #1 on the Billboard Hard Music chart. How did I miss this?!?!? Must have been when I went into that coma after the bad tamale at Juan's Taco Palace.

They just recently dropped the second video from the album, for the song "Gunfight", a tongue-in-cheek look at America, with Pinnick apparently playing the part of a certain leader of the free world. In the words of Pinnick,

"Some people will take this song and video as a pro gun or anti govt message. It is neither. but it is a wake up call about the nature of Americans and their love of liberty. and just having sum plain old fun making a video!"

Suck it down here:

And because I know you're going to want to see and hear more, here's their first vid, "Rescue Me":
