When they entered the studio to work on songs for a follow-up to 2009′s ‘Volume 4: Songs in the Key of Love & Hate,’ Puddle of Mudd had a hard time finding the inspiration for new material — so they decided just to have fun playing some of their favorite tunes by other artists. “We were really burned out, and when we started trying to write again it just wasn’t time yet,” said guitarist Paul P
