Raw Farm is working closely with health authorities and is conducting the recall voluntarily as a precautionary measure. Consumers are advised not to consume the recalled products and to return them to the place of purchase for a refund.

This is something I have griped about for a long time. When I come into a business to spend my money, I expect to be treated kindly and not ignored. It boggles my mind to see some of these workers totally ignore customer service.

Good service always ensures repeat customers. I am slowly seeing situations with horrid customer service happen very often.

I'm not saying you can't read, I'm just saying that pretty soon your refrigerator will be able to read circles around your inadequate flesh.

Over the last 10 years, companies have been outsourcing there customer service jobs overseas to save money. But now that the economy is in the toilet, companies are realizing that although the outsourcing is cheaper, you can make more money by bringing those jobs home and connecting with the customers on a more personal level.
