  Sixteen years after calling it quits, Failure have announced an 18 date U.S. tour. That's right. The Greatest 90's band you've never heard of, is back...thanks in part to a big fan - Maynard J. Keenan of Tool. After incessant harassment from Maynard, Greg Edwards, Ken Andrews and Kelli Scott performed their first show since 1997 at the El Rey Theatre in Los Angeles on February 13, 2014. Th.
