We just can't get enough of Baltimore's Charm City Devils here in the 'Port City, so we thought it only fitting that they play this year's Smith & Forge Hard Cider Festapalooza II! And we're glad they did! Halfway through the Fest, John Allen and crew made sure the crowd were jacked-up enough to make it through the 11 hour day...

For the past couple years, I've been telling you to keep an eye on the Charm City Devils. They are a killer up-and-coming band that is really starting to make waves. They have a new album, 'Battles', coming out here in a couple of weeks, they are currently on the road with Slash, and they'll be playing our 99X Festapalooza II here in a couple weeks. Last week, we were thoroughly freaked out when every news outlet in the country reported that former STP frontman and current Festapalooza Headliner Scott Weiland was locked in prison for Meth possession. A LOT has changed since Fuel formed around 1993. The band has lots of line up shifts and many ups and downs. In fact, I've seen a lot of people on the Internet say the band is nothing but a bunch of washed up has-beens.
