Actor and Comedian Mike Epps best known for “The Hangover” and “Next Friday,” was arrested in New Orleans after an incident at Harrah's Casino. Police said that early Saturday morning Mike Epps and another man were arrested for attacking another man at the casino. Then to make matters worse a judge on Tuesday issued a warrant for his arrest after he failed to appear for an arraignment.

Police records say the man who was attacked was from Virginia and was in town for the NBA All Star game.

The Shreveport Times report that the victim said he was walking to cash out when "We kind of met right there in the middle and I recognized him," said the man, who asked to not be identified. "I said 'Oh, Mike Epps!'" That's when he claims Mike Epps and the other man attacked him leaving him bruised and bleeding from the face. Epps was released on a $1,000 bond.
