Van Halen Go Unplugged – ‘You Really Got Me” [VIDEO]

On February 7th, you can pick up the Deluxe Edition of "A Different Kind of Truth", the new album from Van Halen. Since 'DELUXE' usually means extra stuff, VH is tossing a bonus DVD into the package - something called "The Downtown Sessions". The full 'Downtown' DVD features four acoustic performances, including “Panama”, “You and Your Blues (intro)”, “You and Your Blues” and “Beautiful Girls!”

It appears that they also recorded "You Really Got Me". Of course, the band’s 1978 debut single was the supercharged Halen-ized version, which served as the group’s introduction to music fans outside of Southern California, but for some reason, it didn't make the cut. No worries, I have it here. Suck it down.
