Every year I make the resolution to get into better shape.  At the beginning of the year, I am extremely overzealous.  I want to add x inches to my chest and biceps, subtract y inches from waistline, and generally look like a Greek God.  At the end of the year, I count it as a win if I can still fit into the same size pants.  I have a nice, easygoing, and most importantly - flexible relationship with my resolutions like that.

Some people take the whole "I want to look good naked," approach too far.  Take the folks at Roger le Gall Piscine in Paris, France.  Two nights a week, the Parisian workout facility plays host to the Paris Naturists Association.  On those nights, members are allowed to bare it all during their exercise routines.  Those that feel held back by the constraints of modern work out gear are free to use the machines, weights, olympic pool, and more - au natural.  The group celebrates the face that the word "gymnasium" means to train naked!  The only catch: You have to use a towel on every machine.  No exceptions.

If there was a gym in the Shreveport / Bossier City area that would allow you to pump iron in the buff, would you?
