Woman in Wheelchair Uses Lawnmower to Pull Her Around

Here's the MacGyver of handicapped people:  Someone got video of a woman sitting on a street corner in her wheelchair, and holding onto the handle of a lawnmower.
Then when the 'walk' sign lights up, she yanks the cord to start the motor, and holds on while the lawn mower pulls her down the street. Lawnmower/ Wheelchair lady
