2017 May Be The Year For A New Album From Tool

Just a couple of days ago word came out that Tool would be performing at New York's Governor's Ball festival.  And since they'll be performing, they should have a new album out, right?  Well, that's the question.  It's been over a decade since Tool's last album, and the band has said repeatedly that they are indeed working on new material.  But the timetable for releasing that material--nobody knows.
