Amazing! Someone Steals and Taco Bell Gives Away Free Tacos
Last year the big hero was Francisco Lindor of the Cleveland Indians. Who will the culprit be this year?
If that seems to be a contradiction in terms, Taco Bell's free taco promotion brings the hero and culprit together into one person. Last year when Lindor stole second in the bottom of the first inning of Game 1 in the 2016 World Series, all of America was entitled to a free Doritos® Locos Taco from Taco Bell. So, by stealing Lindor became a Taco Hero!
Taco Bell is bringing back their "Steal A Base, Steal A Taco" promotion for this year's Fall Classic. If a player steals a base in Game 1 or Game 2 of the World Series, everyone in America will be entitled to one free Doritos® Locos Taco at Taco Bell between the hours of 2-6pm on Wednesday, November 1, 2017. If a base is stolen in Games 3 through 7, free tacos will be given out between the hours of 2-6pm on Tuesday, November 7, 2017.
So, if there's a steal, you get a deal! If someone swipes a base, you get a free taste! If someone takes a bag, you get the swag! (You get the idea.) This is the sixth time Taco Bell and Major League Baseball have teamed up to give away free tacos. So, be sure to catch the World Series to find out if you get to snag some free food.
