A man and his brother are both charged in a weekend shooting in the Bossier Annex Subdivision, and criminal warrants have been issued for two other men.

Bossier City police say the incident stemmed from an ongoing argument between 25-year-old Dominique Brown and 33-year-old twin brothers Randy and Rodney Robinson.

According to witness statements, the Robinson brothers came to the 1200 block of Burchett and an argument began between them and Browne. A gunfight broke out, and Browne was shot in the leg. A 13-year-old girl was also shot in the leg, and a 56-year-old woman was shot in the face. All the victims are being treated at University Health for non-life-threatening wounds and are expected to make a full recovery.

Criminal warrants have been issued for the Robinsons for aggravated assault with a firearm. Rodney Robinson is also charged with being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm.

Dominique Browne is charged with aggravated second degree battery, carrying of a weapon by a convicted felon, and for a parole violation. His brother, Chris Browne, was charged with obstructing justice, because he allegedly took his brother's gun from the scene in an attempt to hide it.
