Stan Lee’s Attorney Denies Sexual Harassment and Groping Allegations
The tidal wave of sexual harassment and assault allegations that rocked Hollywood in recent months seemed to have taken a brief holiday vacation, but as evidenced by headlines (and the Golden Globes protest) over the past week, this long overdue reckoning will continue. Stan Lee, the former president of Marvel Comics and co-creator of many of the company’s iconic superheroes, is the latest name to become the subject of serious allegations, as employees of an unnamed nursing company have accused the 95-year-old legend of sexual harassment, groping and unwanted advances behind closed doors.
Patrick Stewart Wants in On Quentin Tarantino‘s ‘Star Trek’
Quentin Tarantino is not only developing a Star Trek movie with J.J. Abrams, but he’s convinced Paramount to let him make an R-rated feature. And if Paramount can get behind that wacky insanity, then who knows what other zany tricks are up Tarantino’s sleeve — all of which is to say that maybe we shouldn’t be surprised every time there’s a new story about this movie. Anything is possible, including the potential for Patrick Stewart to reprise his role as Jean-Luc Picard, which is exactly what he’d like to do.

Margot Robbie Says She’s Working on Another Harley Quinn Spinoff
In Suicide Squad, Harley Quinn was one of the few shining spots in David Ayer’s otherwise messy attempt to introduce the grimy super-villain collective. Margot Robbie’s natural charisma elevated the character beyond Joker’s occasional girlfriend and sidekick (and emotional punching bag), and she really zeroed in on the aspects of her personality that have made Harley Quinn such a fan-favorite. It’s no surprise that Warner Bros. is already plotting a pair of spinoffs for the character, but according to Robbie, there’s a third Harley project in the works, too.
New ‘Star Wars: The Last Jedi’ Image Gives Us Another Look at Snoke’s Big Ugly Mug
With just a few short weeks until Star Wars: The Last Jedi hits theaters, Lucasfilm is cranking out plenty of exciting new details and sneak peeks for the highly-anticipated sequel. In addition to today’s update on the Millennium Falcon and the cool detail it shares with A New Hope, the studio has revealed another official still of Supreme Leader Snoke. Played by Andy Serkis, the mysterious disfigured villain who commands the First Order is stepping out of the shadows in The Last Jedi, getting a little too up close and personal this time around.
‘The Strangers 2: Prey at Night’ Trailer: Those Creepy Masked Jerks Are Back
Not long after The Strangers was released back in 2008, a sequel to Bryan Bertino’s insanely effective horror thriller was put in development. Almost 10 years later, and the first trailer for that sequel has finally arrived — and it handily diminishes some of our skepticism about the follow-up, which Bertino does not appear to be involved with whatsoever (aside from an original screenplay credit). Instead, the sequel was directed by Johannes Roberts (47 Meters Down) and written by Ben Ketai (The Forest).
Christian Bale’s Body Has Achieved Its Final Form as Dick Cheney
Some actors are chameleons who disappear into their roles — like Gary Oldman and his prosthetics, or Daniel Day-Lewis and his prestigious method Acting. But only one actor has a body that’s capable of transforming into myriad shapes and sizes, shrinking and expanding itself, seemingly at will, to inhabit any number of roles. That actor is Christian Bale, and for his latest experiment in testing the boundaries of good health, he’s morphed his oft-chiseled physique into a squishy human-shaped cushion to portray former Vice President Dick Cheney.
