Bad Tattoo Wednesday: Hard Core Hello Kitty

Cartoons are a big deal with some circles in the world of tattoos.A lot of them make sense, like Superman, the Joker, Betty Boop and even someone, like my wife has M&Ms holding hands around her ankle. All of which are usually appropriate to the personality of the person being tattooed...except this person.

He is kind of confusing. A symmetrical blue line, pac-man and tattooed black eye shadow.
