Bossier City Man Faces More Molestation Charges
Police are asking the public for help in finding out if there are more victims of a suspected child molester in Bossier Parish. 52-year-old Stacey Glenn Wilhite of Bossier City has already entered a not guilty plea on several charges of molestation and indecent behavior with juveniles. Now, two additional charges have been filed against Wilhite accusing him of having inappropriate sexual contact with children.
Bossier police have gotten arrest warrants on two new counts allegedly involving a child under age ten at the time of the suspected incidents. With these new warrants, Wilhite was arrested at the Bossier Parish Courthouse and transported to Bossier Max where he is currently being held without bond.
A judge has already turned down Wilhite’s request to move to Ringgold, telling him he must stay in home incarceration in his fathers’ Bossier City home.
Detectives suspect there may be other victims and they are urging them to come forward. Parents who have children who might have come into contact with Wilhite are encouraged to talk to their youngsters about any interactions with Wilhite that might have been inappropriate.
During the July arrest of Wilhite, detectives found evidence that Wilhite had sexual contact with children under age 13. That arrest involved 3 victims believed to be ages 8, 11, and 13. The sexual assaults on the children allegedly happened between 2014 and 2018. Wilhite has been ordered to wear an ankle monitor and stay away from any of his alleged victims.
