Bossier City police and the FBI need the public's help identifying a man caught on security camera installing a bank card skimmer on an ATM.

According to a BCPD news release, the man is seen putting the device on an ATM outside Citizen's National Bank in the 2000 block of Benton Road the morning of Sunday, April 17. Bank personnel found the device that afternoon during routine inspection and called Bossier police. They've turned the investigation over to the FBI.

The suspect apparently installed two small mirrors, one of which concealed a pin-hole camera, in an attempt to record personal identification numbers of customers. The FBI is investigating similar cases in Minden in which the same suspect may be involved.

The suspect is described as a white male with a goatee and chin strap beard. He was wearing a dark baseball cap, a dark jacket or hoodie sweatshirt, multi-colored shorts and dark tennis shoes.

If you can help identify this man, call Bossier Crime Stoppers at (318) 424-4100, or SUBMIT A TIP ONLINE.
