Chronic Masturbator Sues To Gain Access to Porn in Jail
Kyle Richards, a prisoner awaiting sentence on a bank robbery conviction, claims he suffers from chronic masturbation syndrome and needs porn to manage his affliction.
And since the 21-year old isn’t being provided access to pornography behind bars in Michigan’s Macomb County jail, he is suing the state and Gov. Rick Snyder for cruel and unusual punishment under the Eighth Amendment.
In a handwritten legal brief he filed on his own behalf, Richards states that Macomb County’s porn ban has caused him “severe sexual discomfort."
He also alleges "Sexual deprivation has been used against plaintiff in a way as to both sexually frustrate the plaintiff, deprive the plaintiff of any sort of sexual gratification, and deny the plaintiff his right to sexual reproduction.”
When Richards is sentenced on August 2 he will likely be moved from Macomb County jail to state prison -- where soft-core porn like Playboy and Penthouse is actually allowed. Making this inmate's frivolous lawsuit even more more frivolous.
