With Temperatures hitting triple digits already in most parts of the country, it's no wonder people are going insane.

A 16-year-old boy in Rock Hill, South Carolina, was arrested for simple assault on a giant ice cream cone.

Police say the teen drove up to where the victim, a Marble Slam Creamery employee, was dressed as the parlor's mascot, "Slabby" the ice cream cone, and tackled him. The reason for the assault is unknown, but Michelle Obama is blaming it on obesity and sugar addiction in fat kids.
