Flying Heart Expands to Natchitoches Bringing Beer and Good Food

I have always thought that one of the best places in town to get a cold beer and an excellent dinner is Flying Heart Brewery. I am a fan of the crawfish dry rub wings and of course the meat Jeffro you just can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

Flying Heart Brew Pub Was Created in Bossier in 2015 and Has Started to Expand.

Last year the big news hit that Flying Heart Brew Pub was expanding into West Monroe. We knew that this could mean big things for Flying Heart Brew Pub. Business partners Ben Hart, Jeff Judge, and Ben Pattillo are on a mission to bring happiness to our communities in the form of pizza, beer, and wings.

The Proud Business Owners are Rolling Their Sleeves Up for Another Big Project.

Cane River Brewing Company in Natchitoches has been sold to the Flying Heart crew and will get a huge facelift. Instead of the old Cane River Brewing Company operating as a distribution brewery, it will be transformed into a brewpub it will look a lot like the Bossier location.

The Flying Heart Crew told the Natchitoches Times that the plan is to be able to sell all the beer that they produce on-site, plus they plan to have wines and spirits. So yes, you can still get your Day Wrecker beer paired with that delicious Meat Jeffro.
