Free Beer & Hot Wings: Child Attacked by Dog Saved by Family’s Cat [Video]

You know how they say that a dog is man's best friend?

Well, not in this case!

Watch as this kid is riding his bike in the driveway, minding his own business. Then, out of nowhere, a dog comes around the parked car and attacks the kid!

But don't worry, the attack didn't last long because the Bakersfield, Calif., family's cat jumped in to scare the dog off.

Luckily, the 4-year-old boy will be OK, but he does have a pretty nasty bite mark from the attack, KERO 23ABC News reports.
