Derek Chauvin, the cop who knelt on George Floyd's neck, has been arrested and taken into custody.

According to the Star Tribune, Chauvin was taken into custody by the state Bureau of Criminal Apprehension and has been charged with third-degree murder and manslaughter.

At this time the other three officers involved have not been arrested. According to reports, the 2-hour delay of Thursday's news conference was "over whether charges should be filed against the other 3."
