Happy Birthday “They Live” [VIDEO]

On November 4th, 1988 John Carpenter unleashed one of the greatest cult classics of all time onto the people of Earth...They Live.

We can't give all the credit to Carpenter, although he deserves most of it. We must recognize the contributions of a great man, who we tragically lost this year, the star of the film, Roderick George Toombs...better known as, Rowdy Roddy Piper.

Roddy Piper plays John Nada in the film, a drifter who stumbles upon a way to see through the world we're born into. Using what is a pretty campy plot-device, Nada finds sunglasses that can see through the varies disguises and find hidden meanings all over.

The movie has a GREAT overall story, and some insane fight scenes. It will go down as one of the best cult classic movies of all time.
