Parent Sends Email to Teachers About Cutting Down Homework Time Goes Viral

Bunmi Laditan didn't expect her email to her daughter's teachers to go viral, but it has in fact gone to that level according to Fox News.

Just to give some context to the story, her daughter is 10 years old. You'd expect some heavy homework if the child is in high school or taking prep courses for college, or at least that is how it was when I was in school. Laditan posted the email onto Facebook, and that is when the internet took charge.

In the comments of her post she says that she doesn't blame the teachers for her daughter's workload, but just wants the best for her child.

So far, there hasn't been much backlash or comments from the teachers. However parents have come forward in support of her stand against overwhelming homework for younger students.
