Those old-time trinkets, magazines, and boxes of memorabilia collecting dust in your home, in Mom and Dad's garage, or Maw Maw and Paw Paw's attic, may deserve a second look. That old stuff like a Piggly Wiggly coffee cup can be worth more than you think!
We all do annual clean-ups around the house, whether it be spring cleaning or just decluttering. Hold off on throwing things away or tossing things in a "donate to Goodwill" box. 1.) EASY-BAKE OVEN

4.) TYPEWRITERS
There was a time when courses were taught around Typewriters and students had to type a certain number of strokes per minute. Yes! I took a typewriter class in business school. By the mid-90s computers replaced typewriters and the iconic office tool which came on the scene in the 1800s was suddenly obsolete. Gone with it were the mandatory typewriter classes and suddenly no one cared how fast or slow you typed. Go figure?
Today, these babies are straight vintage and highly sought after by collectors if you have the right model. Collectors are reportedly paying more than $1,000 for typewriters made by Underwood, Remington and Oliver can make a few more bucks if you have an antique typewriter from the 30s collecting dust somewhere. A Remington Monarch Pioneer typewriter with a cover recently sold for $249.99 and another sold for $195.
5.) VINYL RECORDS
Depending on the artist, album, and release date there's no limit to what a music lover would pay for a signed copy of memorabilia to best-sellers. According to MoneyWeek in 2013 a vinyl copy of The Beatles - Please Please Me, sold for around a whopping $6,477.17, and a Led Zeppelin - Led Zeppelin vinyl copy sold for an unbelievable 7,664.66!
6.) MAGAZINES
Sift through your magazine piles and see if you have some by Fashionista, Sports Illustrated, Time, Ebony, Rolling Stone, or believe it or not first issue of Nitendo. They don't necessarily have to be old issues either. Back in the day they only sold for a buck. Today according to the Auction Professor featured in the YouTube video below, not all the magazines selling for big bucks are vintage. Some were published in the mid-2000s!

Whether you drink coffee or not, mugs are racking in the money. Remember those cups your parents bought with Spiderman, Snoopy, and various cartoon characters featuring a painted 360-action scene? Since it’s so common, not every piece of Pyrex will be worth money, but certain vintage styles can sell for hundreds to thousands of dollars online. For example, a 4-piece set of rare, vintage Pyrex bowls recently sold on eBay for $900.
