11 Year-old Arrested by Shreveport Police for Threat to School
SHREVEPORT, LA- Shreveport Police Department Juvenile Detectives Arrest 11-Year-Old for Threat Against Captain Shreve High School
Detectives with the Shreveport Police Department's juvenile division have investigated a threat made against Captain Shreve High School on May 1st, 2024. Following a thorough investigation, detectives were able to trace the origin of the threat, leading to the arrest of an 11-year-old student from Youree Drive Middle School.
The juvenile, whose identity is protected due to their age, has been charged with one count of terrorizing. The Shreveport Police Department remains dedicated to ensuring the safety and security of all educational institutions within our community.
