Caddo Deputy Arrested for Battery of a Dating Partner
A Sheriff's Deputy for Caddo Parish has been arrested.

61-year-old Earl Armstrong Jr. was arrested following a call from his girlfriend to police. The girlfriend told police Armstrong assaulted her after she confronted him about seeing another woman. The victim was able to show videos of the incident. When officers went to arrest Armstrong, he admitted to the battery of his girlfriend. Armstrong has been employed at the Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office since April 2019.

He was arrested on one count of battery of a dating partner and has been booked into the Caddo Correctional Center on the aforementioned charges.
