The Prescott team has also filed a criminal complaint against the woman for extortion.

The woman has reportedly demanded $100 million dollars from Prescott, but he says her allegations are "a completely fabricated story."

WFAA reports Prescott filed his suit against the woman and her lawyers on Monday. Police in Prosper, Texas have also confirmed to the tv station that a report of attempted theft by coercion complaint has been field with the police department.

The allegations from the unidentified woman date back to February 2017 after Prescott’s rookie season with the Cowboys.

The Prescott legal team released this statement:

Mr. Prescott -- a new father to a baby girl -- has great empathy for survivors of sexual assault. He fervently believes that all perpetrators of such crimes should be punished to the fullest extent of the law. To be clear, Mr. Prescott has never engaged in any nonconsensual sexual conduct with anyone.

What Do the Allegations Include?

WFAA says the letter from the woman claims Prescott and some of his friends picked up the woman in Plano in an SUV. A couple of other women were also with the group. Prescott allegedly told the woman to get in the back of the vehicle when he allegedly exposed his genitals. The letter also claims the woman told Prescott she did not want sex.

The letter claims Prescott “used physical force and sexually assaulted [the woman] by penetrating her vagina against her consent."

She claims she has been in counseling since this event happened.

The letter also says she is willing to forgo criminal charges in exchange for compensation of $100 million dollars.

WFAA reports Prescott's attorney confirmed the two did have a relationship, but denies her allegations of a forced assault.

The Prescott team filed a civil lawsuit against the woman this week calling her allegations a "blatant attempt" to extort Prescott by weaponizing "patently false, yet heinous sexual assault allegations with no basis in reality."

The Prescott suit says these claims could threaten to destroy the “legitimate legacy of a great man and cost him tens of millions of dollars.”

What Does the Prescott Suit Allege?

The Prescott lawsuit claims the woman and her attorney have slandered him and defamed his character. The suit also says Prescott faces civil extortion/duress, business disparagement, civil conspiracy and intentional infliction of emotional distress. He is asking for a jury trial.
