How High Will the Turnout Be?

The turnout for the November election in Caddo Parish was a dismal 28%, but local officials say we are on pace to exceed that. Caddo Clerk of Court Mike Spence says he thinks turnout could be between 40% and 45% for the March 23rd election. Of course the Caddo Parish Sheriff's race is the driving force behind the turnout.
