Shreveport Police Arrest Another Suspect in Dalzell Homicide

The Shreveport Police Department's Violent Crimes Unit has arrested another suspect believed to be involved in an early August homicide.

When Police responded to the shooting, they found SherPatrick Washington dead from several gunshot wounds. After an investigation, SPD Detectives were able to identify Dion Randle as a suspect. Randle was arrested and charged with one count of Principal to Second Degree Murder.

As the investigation went on, SPD made contact with Lloyd Graggs at the Shreveport Police Department. Evidence was collected, and witness statements regarding the homicide were documented. SPD had enough evidence following the investigation to arrest Graggs and charge him with Second Degree Murder in the death of Washington.
