Shreveport Police Catch a Felon With a Gun
n June 7, 2023, around 11:30 a.m. Shreveport Police Narcotics Agents conducted a stop of a suspicious vehicle in the 1800 block of Acorn Street in reference to narcotics activity in the area. Agents contacted Terry Johnson (1-11-94) inside the vehicle and found he was in possession of a firearm.
Further investigation into the matter revealed that Johnson was prohibited from possessing a firearm due to being a convicted felon for prior felony offenses. Johnson was arrested on one count of being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm.
The firearm was seized as evidence.
