Local Flavor Takes Center Stage at Independence Stadium for 2025 Indy Bowl
The Radiance Technologies Independence Bowl has always brought energy to Shreveport, but this year’s focus on local food might be one of the most noticeable changes fans see when they walk through the gates on Tuesday, December 30 at 1 p.m.
Organizers have laid out a full lineup of restaurants across both sides of the stadium, giving fans more choices and more local businesses in the spotlight.
Shreveport Bossier Options Spread Across the Stadium
Instead of relying strictly on the usual stadium-style menu, Independence Stadium will highlight several familiar names. Louisiana Smokehouse, Lilah’s Bakery, PJ’s Coffee and Sonic will be available alongside Pizza Hut and the traditional concession stands.
Both the west and east sides of the stadium will feature a mix of local food, drinks and snacks. Fans walking the ground level on the west side will find Sonic, PJ’s Coffee and Pizza Hut near Stand 2, while Louisiana Smokehouse will be serving plates near Stand 3.

The east side will include Pizza Hut at Stand 7 and Lilah’s Bakery at the same location. Traditional concessions will continue operating on both the lower-level and concourse areas for those looking for classic game day food.
Pizza Hut Family 4-Pack Adds New In-Stadium Benefits
For families, one of the newest changes is the updated Pizza Hut Family 4-Pack. Instead of only providing tickets, the package now includes food and drinks served during the game. Each pack provides four personal pan pizzas, four soft drinks, a large pizza coupon that can be used at local Pizza Hut locations and a Blue Lot parking pass. Fans can use their food vouchers at any of the three Pizza Hut locations throughout the stadium.
Endzone Bench seating is priced at 160 dollars for the four-pack, while Premium Sideline Chairback seating is priced at 300 dollars.

Tickets start at 20 dollars and include several package options for individuals, groups and families. This year’s matchup features the Big 12 Conference facing Conference USA at Independence Stadium in Shreveport.
