Shreveport Police Arrest Man: Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile

Shreveport Police arrested 24-year-old Erasmo Aldair Vallejo Lucas on July 4, 2026, following a sex crimes investigation involving a 14-year-old girl.

Patrol officers initially responded to a sexual assault call where both the victim and the suspect were present on the scene. Detectives with the Shreveport Police Sex Crimes unit arrived shortly after to interview the victim, who provided a brief disclosure of the incident.

Following the initial interview, authorities transported Lucas to the Shreveport Police Department’s Investigations Office for questioning. Detectives subsequently arrested Lucas and charged him with one count of Felony Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile (Louisiana Revised Statute 14:80). He was booked into the Shreveport City Jail.
