On November 14th, 2019, President Donald Trump brought his rally power to Bossier City, Louisiana. The event was in support of Eddie Rispone's gubernatorial campaign against John Bel Edwards. Rispone would end up losing the election, but Trump was also joined by Louisiana Republican Senators Bill Cassidy and John Kennedy on stage, who are still in their positions.

As soon as Trump took the stage, he referenced the LSU football victory over Alabama that took place the week before. That game was held in Tuscaloosa, Alabama and Trump was present for the LSU victory.

After some political talking points, Trump spoke about rebuilding the American military arsenals, and specifically referenced the B-52s at Barksdale Air Force Base. He continued to speak about recent military actions, and the view of the American military across the world.

President Trump then talked about the impeachment inquiry, using terms like “deranged” and "lunatics". Even producing a printed report about the inquiry while on stage and showing it to the crowd.

The President spoke for roughly an hour, giving time during the rally to other officials like Kennedy, Cassidy, and Rispone.
